Summary

Support Workers – Make a Real Difference in Leamington Spa
Drivers Preferable – Community-Based Role

Are you caring, reliable, and ready to make a real impact? Mencap is looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Leamington Spa (CV31, CV32, CV34).

You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities in their own homes – helping with daily tasks like cooking, managing money, attending appointments, and enjoying days out in the community.

This is a community care role – so having a driver’s licence is highly preferable as you'll be travelling locally to provide support.

What we’re looking for:

A genuine passion for helping others

Someone who enjoys cooking and encouraging healthy meals

Great communication and relationship-building skills

Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends

A positive, empathetic approach

What you'll be doing:

Promoting independence (budgeting, housework, appointments)

Supporting social and community activities

Building confidence and life skills

Providing personal care where needed

Contract Info:

Part-time (30–35 hours)

Shifts between 7:00am – 10:00pm

Rotas provided 4 weeks in advance
