Summary
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Female Support Workers, providing person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
Various roles and hours available including relief and contracted hours.
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community activities
• Promoting independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care
• Building positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
• Assisting with Support plans, risk assessments, and goal setting
• Encouraging participation in hobbies, education, and social opportunities
• Working flexibly across two or more services in Kirk Sandall, Thorne, and Hatfield as required
What we’re looking for:
• A genuine passion for supporting others
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
• A willingness to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends
