The Governing Body wishes to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Headteacher (Designated Safeguarding Lead) to join the Leadership Team at Ulverston Victoria High School to lead and manage Pastoral and Student Wellbeing to include Child Protection and Safeguarding.

The successful candidate will play an essential role within the school’s Senior Leadership Team. They will be able to lead, engage and enthuse staff, be highly motivated and innovative with strong leadership skills and a proven record of accomplishment. We are looking for a person who shares our commitment to improving the life chances of young people regardless of their starting point and have the passion to sustain and improve continuing excellence.
