Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a friendly, conscientious and dedicated person with a good sense of humour to join our hardworking and supportive team. You will be working with individuals, small groups and in class, supporting the learning needs of our students.
The role will involve working with pupils of all ages and abilities, so the ability to be flexible and adaptable is essential. A commitment to continuing professional development is also important.
You will need a good standard of general education and be prepared to be flexible and committed to working as part of a team, a team who are committed to making a difference to student learning and development.
Previous experience in a similar role, specifically supporting students with SEN needs is desirable but not essential.
