The Governing body and Head Teacher are extremely proud of the school community and are seeking to appoint 2 Additional Needs Teaching Assistants. We seek individuals who are passionate and sensitive to the needs of working with children who are from disadvantaged backgrounds and have additional needs.

We would expect that you have experience of working with children with SEND and have a genuine passion to help children flourish in our school. Please state clearly on the application form the experience you have working with SEND children.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Inspire and enthuse all key groups of children to aim high.
• Assist children with eating, dressing and hygiene, as required, whilst encouraging independence.
• Help pupils understand instructions.
• Provide a secure, caring and enriching environment for all the children
• Works in close collaboration with colleagues as a valued member of a team.
• Offers children creative learning opportunities.
