We are seeking a pragmatic, personable, and committed Administrator who has a wider variety of skills and experience in supporting in schools. You are an incredible advocate of young people who is passionate about actively working with students, families and colleagues to support their incredible outcomes. The ideal candidate will have particular skills in the support of pastoral administration and be able to work at ease with data bases and spreadsheets to analyse and communicate information effectively.

The Academy is looking for someone who has:
• Ambition for all students to be successful by effectively working as part of an administration team to support effective communication and remove barriers across the school;
• Resilience and kindness in working with the parents and members of the community who may be harder to engage;
• Ambition for your own development and learning;
• Excellent knowledge of appropriate software packages to support your work, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Your key responsibilities will be determined based on individual strengths within the team but are likely to include:
• Being actively involved in an administrative team, including fulfilling reception duties when required.
• Monitoring communication into the school and disseminating appropriately.
• Providing administrative support to the Attendance and Behaviour teams.
• Supporting in the preparation for and running of school events throughout the year.
• Complying with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person and sharing information with relevant staff as appropriate.
Interviews will be held the week commencing 3rdNovember 2025.
