Summary

Key responsibilities
Relationship building: Engage with community members, families, and other local organizations to build relationships and act as a bridge between the church and the community.
Event support: Help plan, organize, and run community outreach events and church activities, such as youth groups, parent-and-toddler groups, or food banks.
Community support: Assist those in need by providing practical support, listening to their experiences, and connecting them with relevant services or resources.
Volunteer coordination: Recruit, train, and support other volunteers to help with outreach efforts.
Communication and promotion: Help promote the church's community initiatives and its message through various channels, including social media and local networking.
Administration: Undertake necessary administrative tasks, such as recording information, managing communications, and assisting with publicity.
