About the Role
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Redbridge is seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join their supportive team from January 2026. This fixed-term maternity cover offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a well-resourced and forward-thinking school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality teaching across KS2, ensuring all pupils are engaged, challenged, and supported
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes learning and wellbeing
*Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum
*Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff to foster a sense of community
*Reflect on practice and engage in professional development to continually improve outcomes
What We're Looking For:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching within KS2, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum
*A reflective and motivated approach to teaching and learning
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
