Service Type: 5-Bed Children's Residential Home (EBD - Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Shift Pattern: 07:00 - 19:30 | 19:00 - 07:30 including weekends
Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a key role in providing day-to-day care, support, and guidance to the young people in the home. Duties include:

Supporting daily routines such as school runs (Rowley Regis), mealtimes, and bedtime routines

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well being
-
Providing personal care when required
-
Supporting educational and recreational activities both indoors and outdoors

Facilitating family contact and maintaining safeguarding standards

Contributing to household duties, including cooking and cleaning

Administering medication and maintaining accurate records

Acting as a Key Worker (depending on experience and role)

Training: Fully funded Level 3 qualification after 3 months of employment
