At the heart of this historic building is The Martlet Kitchen, our stylish on-site restaurant offering a unique dining experience in a truly stunning setting.
Open 7 days a week, The Martlet Kitchen serves a café lux menu during the day, and on Friday and Saturday evenings, transforms into a refined dining destination with dishes crafted by our award-winning chefs, using the finest local ingredients.
We are now advertising for permanent waiting staff to join our friendly and professional team, helping us continue to deliver outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.
About this Vacancy- 1 x Part-Time Position 15 hours per week

You’ll report to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, and play a key role in the continued success of The Martlet Kitchen.
