Summary
Clinical Lead Nurse Lung Cancer Screening Programme Location: Home-based with travel across the Midlands & North (Birmingham, Nottingham, Mansfield, Coventry, Tees Valley, East Lancashire + future sites) Salary: £50,000 £52,000 + Car Allowance/Company Car + InHealth Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend in every 5 (in line with business needs) Experience: Lung Cancer Screening / Respiratory experience essential Shape the future of lung health. Join InHealth at a pivotal time in the expansion of our Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) services. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, youll work closely with the Head of Nursing to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across our growing LCS programmes in the Midlands and North. What youll do: Lead and support the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality LCS services Provide expert clinical oversight and act as a role model across sites Coordinate training, education, and competency development for nursing teams Support service development, research initiatives, and quality improvement Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to meet national standards What were looking for: NMC-registered nurse with strong respiratory or LCS experience Proven leadership in clinical education and service delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage change, support teams, and drive continuous improvement Willingness to travel and work flexibly across multiple sites
