Summary
Oxford Lifelong Learning in the Department for Continuing Education is seeking to appoint a Part-time Weekend Receptionist based at Ewert House
About the role
Providing a reception service for students, tutors and visitors, you will work independently and have responsibility for the security of the building. You will also undertake some administrative tasks and classroom preparation, and will be based at the Department's main teaching premises in Ewert House, Summertown although you may be called upon to carry out duties at our other departmental facilities in Central Oxford.
The contracted hours are Saturdays 1pm to 6pm, term time only with 3 terms of an average of 8 weeks, and is available on a permanent contract.

You must be dependable, flexible, calm under pressure and show initiative. You will be well organised and prepared to move classroom equipment.
