Summary
Location: Sellaness / Sullom Voe Terminal, Shetland
Pay: £15.80 per hour
⏱Hours: Night shift 20:00 – 08:00
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (some loan working may be required)

What We Offer3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation
Night shift: 20:00 – 08:00
£15.80 per hour

Prepare and cook meals
Lead food preparation in your section
Support menu planning, stock ordering, and compliance records
Train, guide, and develop team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
Deliver excellent customer service
Assist the Head Chef with ordering and paperwork
Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards at all times
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential)
Experience in menu planning and large-scale or bulk catering
Hands-on approach with strong organisational and team leadership skills
