Your new role
As Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians and operators across a designated production area. You'll ensure that output targets are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily production activities to meet delivery schedules
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across processes and workflows
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions where necessary
- Supporting training and development of team members
- Liaising with engineering, quality, and planning departments to resolve issues and optimise performance
What you'll need to succeed
