Summary
Print Finisher – 2-Shift Rota
Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (rotating shifts)
Expected Hours: Minimum 40 per week
Salary: £27,400 per year with structured progression + overtime (up to £31,000+ per year)
Hourly Rate: £14.05–£14.90 per hour
About the Role
A long-established, family-run commercial printer based in modern facilities in Worksop is expanding its finishing team to support ongoing growth and customer demand.
You’ll be joining a close-knit, multi-skilled team operating on a two-shift rota, with overtime available during the week and weekends depending on workload. Quality control and attention to detail are key aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and run MBOand Stahl B1 & B2 folding machines
Create and manage folding programmes
Operate a Polar B1 Guillotine
Run binding machinessuch as Heidelberg ST350/400or Müller Martini
Assist with additional finishing tasks as required
Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout production
Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experiencein a print finishing department (required)
Proven experience operating MBO, Stahl folders, and Polar B1 Guillotine
Experience with Heidelberg SB Cylinderand Platensdesirable (training provided if required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work well within a team environment
