THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a Research Project Administrator to support the administrative functions across the projects and
programmes at IMPACT: The Centre for Post-Collision Research, Innovation and Translation. The role will include administering
meetings, travel arrangements, committee work, event planning and organisation, project administration support and updating and
maintaining communications across multiple platforms. Where opportunities arise, it will input into data collection to support the
production of reports and communications, seeking to improve the administrative processes around these tasks where necessary.
Research focussed administration will include supporting the preparation and submission process of ethics applications and
journal publication submissions.
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for a good communicator who can provide excellent customer support to the centre's internal and external
stakeholders and partners. You will have demonstrable experience of strong administrative duties and excellent working knowledge
and experience of standard IT packages and social media to communicate with a range of audiences. The ideal candidate will be
organised, methodical and have a high attention to detail.
THE PACKAGE
Salary: £22,467.11 per annum pro rata (£28,083.89 FTE)
