About the opportunity
We're building a trailblazing workplace experience team, and we'll completely transform how we manage our buildings.
We're looking for customer centric people, that'll take ownership of LBG workplace experiences. You'll need to have passion for customer service and be a workplace role model driving LBG culture within our workplaces.
Our focus is on creating secure and safe buildings that promote a sense of community and provide a positive working environment for our colleagues.
What you'll be doing
- Champion the colleague experience at your site, acting as the first point of contact for queries, listening to feedback, and partnering with the Workplace Community Leader to ensure the building is safe, secure, and a place colleagues love to work.
- Maintain safety and compliance through regular operational checks (fire doors, fire risk assessments, hygiene inspections, and building walkthroughs). You'll log findings in the RCSA, escalate incidents, and address health and safety concerns in line with regulations.
- Facilitate community engagement by hosting calls with senior leaders, the Workplace Council, and the Atmosphere Squad. You'll share updates promptly across all channels (digital signage, newsletters, forums, and online platforms).
- Drive engagement and events by planning and delivering community activities - socials, celebrations, marketing initiatives, and talent attraction. You'll manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and work closely with the Workplace Community Leader and Regional Workplace Lead.
- Support change projects by providing local insight and delivering site-specific actions. You'll help colleagues adopt new spaces, tech, and tools through onboarding tours and tech showcases, encouraging behavioural change to embed workplace habits.
- Lead local communications, including leader and colleague messaging, incident updates, and community news. You'll run the Workplace Council and support leadership forums to enhance the overall workplace experience.
- Keep the office running smoothly - checking meeting room setups, triaging IT issues, removing old equipment, restocking supplies, supporting DSE needs, managing lockers and lost property, and maintaining meeting room technology."
