About the Role: HR Business PartnerActivate Learning is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator. In this role, you will work closely with a variety of faculties and group services, building strong partnerships to support leaders in delivering their people strategies and achieving key organisational goals.As a key member of the HR function, you will provide expert coaching, strategic guidance and tailored support to people leaders, promoting a proactive, customer-focused approach. You will also contribute to shaping and delivering a positive employee journey, working closely with the wider HR team to drive engagement, performance and development across the organisation.This role is based at City of Oxford campus, with the ability to travel to our other campuses and offers the flexibility to work within a hybrid model.What makes a successful HR Business Partner at Activate Learning?Within our people-centred and diverse organisation, adaptability, emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships are vital. You will demonstrate confidence in influencing senior stakeholders, coaching leaders and nurturing a culture founded on trust and collaboration.
