an energetic and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our friendly team at Ottery St Mary Leisure Centre.

THE ROLE
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, delivering outstanding
customer service and ensuring our centre runs smoothly. Please note, this position involves periods of lone working.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcoming and assisting customers with a warm, professional approach
* Managing bookings and memberships efficiently
* Handling enquiries and resolving any issues
* Supporting the front-of-house team in daily operations
* Maintaining a clean, inviting environment for all
* Providing first aid cover within the centre

* Excellent communication and people skills
* A strong customer service ethos
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* IT literate with experience of booking systems
* Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
