Requirements:

  • Have QTS.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
  • Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
  • 2 recent professional references
  • Be committed to achieving high standards of teaching and learning for all.
  • Be motivated, positive, and dynamic.
  • Be willing to be fully involved in the life of the school community.
  • Have excellent organizational skills.

  • Have good classroom control and be able to follow the school's behavior policy.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that will engage and enthuse learners.
  • Be proactive in your teaching approach, with an ability to raise attainment.

  • Display an enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally.
  • Be confident in leading a classroom and working effectively as part of the staff team.
  • Have a willingness and enthusiasm to commit to the expectations of the role and a desire to contribute to extra-curricular responsibilities.
