Summary
Develop and implement the organisations performance management framework. Act as a catalyst for service improvement and achievement of national targets. Negotiate and communicate performance priorities with senior staff. Ensure measurable targets are set, monitored, and reported. Represent the organisation on performance matters and promote best practice.
