Summary
Key Responsibilities Provide general medical services to registered and temporary patients. Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations. Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of acute and chronic health conditions. Prescribe medicines and interpret diagnostic tests in line with clinical guidelines. Undertake home visits when appropriate. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare assistants. Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to the achievement of QOF, Enhanced Services, and other performance targets. Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMIS . Provide mentoring or supervision to trainees or allied healthcare professionals (if applicable).
