Summary
Our client who is an industry leading estate agency have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Lettings Coordinator to join their team in their busy office based in Gloucester.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a busy and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be organised, demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team with a positive approach.
Previous experience within a property environment is non-essential so long as you are a well organised, reliable individual with excellent attention to detail as full and thorough ongoing training will be provided.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- General administration.
- Processing move-in documents.
- Keeping clients updated and well informed.
- Booking appointments on to the internal diary system.
- Conducting property viewing to potential tenants.
- Acting as a point of contact between tenants and landlords.
Key Skills:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Ability to work with all types of people
- Smartly presented
- Organised, reliable, and proactive
- Driving licence
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm + every other Saturday (with time off in lieu)
Salary: Negotiable (up to £35k for experienced individuals) plus commission
