Summary
Candidates will be required to carry out inspection and maintenance of garage equipment. Have mechanical and electrical fault finding skills and be able to carry out work to a high standard without supervision. Be able to work well as part of a busy team and be computer literate.
Day to day duties
Diagnosing faults on garage equipment, either repairing on site or ordering parts.
Liaising with the Service Coordinator for updates on current jobs.
Completing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Essential Skills
Fantastic communication and customer service skills.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
A full clean driving licence.
Strong attention to detail and high levels of organisation.
Ability to manage own workload.
Ability to work as part of a busy team.
Previous garage equipment service and repair experience is essential.
Salary depending on experience.
Hours of work will be 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, which include driving to place of work.
