Summary

This role is vital in supporting the Business Support Team in providing a professional service to all our customers, learners, and stakeholders. You will be an essential part of the team entering and maintaining the data for all the organisation’s contracts. You will contribute in driving consistency and a high level of accuracy to reporting, helping to underpin and evidence the quality of services we provide. Your role will be part of the initial contact with our customers and learners, maintaining their records while they are using our services and then reviewing and updating their records after they leave, meaning you will be involved at every part of their journey.

This is a multi-functional role and may include all aspects of support to the business including data entry, data manipulation, preparation of reports, timetabling, etc

Essential Qualifications;
Literacy/Numeracy level 2 or equivalent

Some knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience of working to company policies
Good attention to detail
Good written communication and good range of vocabulary
