Summary
To do regular hours 7pm to 12.30pm on Saturday nights. To cover for the Senior Bar Person for holidays and sickness. And to cover for Monday nights when skittles are at home. To clean pipes and cellar for holiday cover.
The applicant will be fully trained in all cellar work .
Experienced bar person preferred but training will be given.
