Summary
Our client, a well-established family-owned car workshop group, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team at their modern, all makes and models workshop in Cranleigh. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in a rapidly expanding business known for delivering excellent automotive services across Surrey. Duties:
- Performing diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults accurately
- Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and meets customer expectations
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow
- Communicating technical information clearly to team members and customers when needed
- Completing job cards and service records accurately and promptly
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with experience working on different vehicles
- Relevant automotive qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferred
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
- Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Full valid UK driving license
- Knowledge of current automotive technologies and industry trends
