Summary
Our client is a reputable motorhome dealership and they’re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Bournemouth/Poole area.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade – ideally with motorhome, caravan, or other automotive experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Good technical understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- IT literacy and familiarity with dealer management systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Aftersales department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, updates, and support throughout the service and repair process.
- Manage service bookings, workshop scheduling, and coordination with technicians to maximise productivity.
- Handle warranty claims, parts ordering, and supplier communications effectively and accurately.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and uphold the company’s excellent reputation.
- Support and train team members where necessary, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
The salary for this position is £38,000 basic.
