Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 4pm

We are currently recruiting for a Quality & Sustainability Controller for a well-established design, manufacture and distributor of homeware products based in Poole.
As a Quality and Sustainability Controller you will be ensuring the company remains compliant to relevant UK, EU or other applicable market legislation, as well as meeting customer requirements.
Key duties will include;
• Lead and manage internal ISO 9001 and 140001 audit compliance
• Liaise with manufacturing facilities, inspectors, engineers and other external third parties to ensure the business meets its obligations on packaging with regard to Extended Producer Responsibility requirements
• Provide and report on customer environmental data
• Maintain and update technical information on internal databases.
• Support with achieving company obligations to all relevant product and environmental legislation
• Analyse relevant environmental data to create internal environmental reports ensuring alignment with the company’s’ carbon emissions
• Contribute and assist with any mandatory auditing requirements
The successful applicant will possess;
• Previous experience in commercial environmental practices and procedures
• ISO9001 / 14001 or internal auditing experience required
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external customers
• Proficient with Microsoft packages including excel, word and outlook
