SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role
A highly regarded and inclusive secondary school is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from January on a full-time, temporary basis. In this rewarding role, you will support students with special educational needs across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering personalised interventions, providing in-class assistance, and contributing to the development and review of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Working closely with teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists, you will play a key role in helping each pupil achieve their full potential.
