We’re looking for passionate Support Practitioners to join our friendly dedicated team supporting adults with complex disabilities in Glenrothes on a full time, part time or relief basis. We provide 24-hour support in people’s own homes, helping individuals with physical and learning disabilities, visual/hearing impairments, and other complex needs to live full, independent, and joyful lives.

Located on the outskirts of Glenrothes, the Finglassie Service comprises two purpose-built, semi-detached bungalows—each with four bedrooms. These modern homes feature spacious kitchens and lounge areas where individuals can enjoy meals, social activities, and time with friends. Every person we support has their own private bedroom and adapted bathroom, ensuring comfort and dignity.

This is a 24-hour housing support service, so you need to be comfortable working a variety of shifts, all scheduled via a supportive staff rota system including;

*Early and late shifts
*Sleepovers and wakened night shifts
*Weekends and public holidays

Why you’ll love it here

*You'll make a real difference every day by helping individuals with complex needs live life to the fullest, achieving their goals and enjoying meaningful experiences.

*There is a supportive team culture. You’ll work alongside passionate, skilled colleagues who value teamwork, respect, and shared success.
*Ongoing Learning & Development - At Sense Scotland we invest in your growth with training, qualifications, and opportunities to build a long-term career in care.

Be Part of Something Bigger – Join Sense Scotland’s mission to champion the rights and voices of people with complex communication support needs.
