Parts Advisor / Parts Supervisor – Main Dealer Opportunity
Location: Ashford | Mon–Fri, 8am–5:30pm
Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 + Bonus (OTE ~£37,000)
Are you an experienced Parts Advisor or Supervisor ready to take the next step and truly make your mark?
We’re recruiting for a Parts Supervisor/Advisor to join a dealer group in the Ashford area. This is a hands-on, front-line role catering to a busy workshop of 9 technicians, where you’ll play a key part in bringing structure and consistency to the parts department.
What’s the role?
Supporting and supplying parts to 9 busy workshop technicians
Managing day-to-day parts operations alongside a small team (currently 2 in the department)
Identifying areas for improvement and bringing fresh ideas to streamline processes
Working closely with aftersales and service teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Handling both retail and trade parts queries with professionalism and speed
✅ What we’re looking for:
Previous main dealer parts experience is essential
Organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership
Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Someone who thrives on bringing order to a slightly chaotic environment!
