We’re currently recruiting for a Machine Operator with an accredited FLT Counterbalance licence to join a well-established recycling site in Worksop. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering long-term stability and development for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Loading raw materials and finished products onto machines using a Counterbalance FLT

  
  

• Operating and monitoring recycling machinery

  
  

• Making machine adjustments when required

  
  

• Working safely and efficiently across a rotating 3-shift pattern (Days, Afternoons, Nights)

  
  ✅ Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid, accredited FLT Counterbalance licence

    
    

  • Previous experience in a similar Machine Operator or Production environment preferred

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    
    

  • Comfortable working rotating shifts
