Summary
Key Account Manager – £28,549 | Carlisle (On-Site)
We’re looking for a confident and driven Account Manager to join a growing team in Carlisle. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships, handling projects and keeping everything running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing client accounts and building long-term relationships
- Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day client needs
- Tracking projects, budgets and reports using Excel
- Working with internal teams to make sure deadlines are hit
- Spotting ways to improve client satisfaction and service delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident with Excel and data tracking
- Proactive attitude with solid problem-solving skills
- Friendly personality with a drive to deliver results
- Experience in account management or client-facing roles
- A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
