About the Role
Are you highly organised, calm under pressure, and ready to play a vital role in a mission-critical environment?
As an OCC Coordinator, you'll join a dedicated Operations Control Centre team that works in partnership with the Home Office to deliver essential immigration services. You'll help plan and coordinate secure movements both across the UK and internationally — ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance at every step.
From managing journey schedules to communicating with our crews and partners, this is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same. If you're a problem-solver with strong geographic awareness and a cool head under pressure, we want to hear from you.
✅ What You'll Do
-Plan and manage daily routing activities
-Respond to reactive, time-critical client requests
-Allocate vehicles and resources efficiently for each movement
-Liaise with internal teams and third-party partners to handle incidents, delays, and updates
-Monitor live operations and vehicle movements
-Ensure all plans are achievable, well-resourced, and clearly communicated
-Maintain accurate records using in-house systems
-Support the wider OCC team and contribute to smooth operations
What We're Looking For
-A collaborative team player with a calm, adaptable approach
-Strong time management and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems
-Sound UK and world geography knowledge (or willingness to learn)
-A proactive attitude with attention to detail
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
-Eligible to obtain Home Office Security Clearance

-42-hour week - 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights: 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00)
