Company Finances Manager
Pontypridd | Full-Time | £32,355.40 per annum
Dewis Centre for Independent Living is seeking a highly organised and experienced individual to join our management team as Company Finances Manager.
Key Details:
• Location: Suite 4, No. 1 & 2 Melin Corrwg, Upperboat, Pontypridd, CF37 5BE
• Hours: 37 hours per week
• Salary: £32,355.40 per annum
• Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Organisation’s financial operations, including the processing of invoices, credit control, and bank reconciliation. They will oversee payroll and financial services in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, maintain accurate expenditure records and support budgeting and audit preparation. The role also includes ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, leading the general management of office operations such as asset tracking and procurement, and contributing to strategic planning through shared management responsibilities.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial management and office administration, demonstrating a strong command of financial systems including Sage. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a management team to support the strategic and operational goals of the Organisation.
