Summary
Student Support Mentor - Willenhall - Full Time
We're working in partnership with a small, nurturing school in Willenhall that is seeking passionate and resilient individuals to support students who are at risk of exclusion or have experienced exclusion in the past.
This is a full-time role, running from 8:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Your day will be split between:
- Morning sessions: Providing academic support to students and assisting teachers in the classroom.
- Afternoon activities: Engaging students in enriching extracurricular experiences such as football, kickboxing, arts and crafts, and community-based projects.
The ideal candidate will bring real-life experience and a genuine desire to make a difference. You'll be someone who can build trust quickly, share personal stories that inspire, and act as a positive role model for young people who may not have had the easiest start in life.
