Your role:
We’re pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for experienced HR professionals to join our HR Operations Team as an HR Advisor.
In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with relevant policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
You’ll support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, attendance management, dignity at work, and performance capability with a particular focus on supporting attendance.
Additionally, you’ll play a vital role in our HR Advice Hub, responding to enquiries and delivering high-quality support across the organisation and to our customers.
About you:
To thrive in this role, you’ll be confident in offering professional, solution-focused HR advice, drawing on your experience in employee relations.
You’ll be a trusted partner to our customers, helping them navigate complex HR matters such as supporting attendance, performance, and conduct issues.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and can translate challenges into practical, business-focused solutions.
Your ability to build strong, respectful relationships will be key whether working with colleagues, trade unions, or external partners.
Flexibility is important, as travel within and occasionally outside the borough will be required. A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
