The Clifton Centre is a Key Stage 4 Pupil Referral Unit working with students who are excluded from mainstream schools or who are at risk of such. The students attend with us for varying periods of time ranging from a number of weeks to at least a full Key Stage. KS4 students are entered for a range of GCSEs, including English and Maths
We are seeking to appoint a 0.5 teacher to teach at least 2 subjects up to GCSE level and also to work as a 0.5 SENCO to work with the SEND team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching across our different sites and supporting SEND. Our students respond well to innovative teaching and learning experiences as well as to calm, yet enthusiastic and charismatic staff.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that children make rapid progress in a supportive and caring environment.
