With three kitchens on site and a dynamic service to deliver, you’ll be right at the heart of operations—supporting the Head Chef, leading the brigade, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Preparing meals to spec, following recipe sheets and allergen guidelines.
- Managing food production and reducing waste.
- Receiving and storing deliveries using FIFO procedures.
- Allocating tasks and supporting the kitchen team.
- Maintaining hygiene standards and overseeing deep cleans.
- Ensuring all team members are trained and compliant.
What We're Looking For:
- You’ve lived in the UK for the past 3 years.
- You have the legal right to work in the UK.
- You’re able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- You hold a relevant culinary qualification and have at least 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP.
- You’ve got a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- You’re organised, calm under pressure, and ready to take a trade test as part of the interview process.
