Summary
About the Role As our DBT Intervention Lead, you will coordinate and drive all aspects of the DBT programme, including: Overseeing a full DBT pathway (individual therapy, multi-family skills groups, and weekly consult meetings) Leading on staff recruitment, training, and supervision for pathway Facilitating weekly consult meeting and ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery of the DBT programme Monitoring outcomes and effectiveness using ROMS Developing and enhancing the pathway in line with current best practice Youll play a pivotal role in the ongoing evolution of the service, especially as weve recently transitioned to a multi family skills group within a rolling programme increasing accessibility while staying true to the core principles of DBT.
