This role involves travelling around sites, ensuring any issues or defects are resolved efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly to customer care issues, queries, and complaints post-completion
-Carry out minor repair and maintenance tasks in occupied homes
-Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

-Previous experience in a customer care or aftercare role within the house building or construction industry
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Full UK driving licence required
