Summary

Traffic Management Technician
Job description
37 hours per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to provide support to the Traffic Management Officer and team within the County Borough.

Be able to assist with investigations relating to highway schemes and on site monitoring of road safety schemes

Respond to road safety and traffic management related enquiries from the public and other bodies.

Assist with the preparation of plans and traffic orders to implement identified traffic management schemes across the Authority.

Assist with contract, budget and other administrative office duties, including accurate recording of enquiries, responses and actions for the team.

Possession of a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, the successful applicant will be expected to attend locations within the County Borough and represent the Authority at external meetings.
