Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Loughborough College Group for a Business Development and Apprenticeship Sales Advisor to work across Stephenson and Brooksby College.
Loughborough College Group is a newly formed further education institution created through the merger of Loughborough College and SMB College Group, in August 2025. The Group is committed to delivering educational excellence and driving economic growth across North Leicestershire and beyond.
In this role as a Business Development and Apprenticeship Sales Advisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective recruitment of apprentices and delivering a high-quality service to both employers and learners. You will also play a vital part in ensuring an outstanding and timely onboarding process, while also providing appropriate Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to support a robust and engaging selection and recruitment journey.
The successful candidate will engage with employers and industry partners, identify, and pursue business development opportunities and collaborate with curriculum and delivery teams to ensure apprenticeship programs meet expectations.
