Summary
Customer Service & Sales Advisor
- Location: Manchester City Centre
- Salary: £24,735 basic + uncapped bonus (OTE £30,000+)
- Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5:30pm | Fri 10am-4pm
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + option to buy/sell 5 days + additional leave for international holidays

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responding to inbound calls and warm leads from customers who've requested a call via the website (dealing with the renewal process for an insurance policy)
- Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution
- Handling queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring every interaction is a positive one
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, delivering a first-class experience
What We're Looking For:
- Experience telephone-based customer service or sales experience in a regulated, environment.
- FCA Environment experience
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Friendly, empathetic, and consultative approach to customer interactions.
