Summary
Discuss customer requirements and explain features and limitations of services
Quote pricing, credit terms, delivery timelines and payment options
Arrange delivery and setup of accommodation services when needed
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Stay informed on housing trends and suggest improvements to services
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and manage customer complaints
Promote benefits such as fully-furnished rooms, high-speed internet, flexible moving options, complimentary cleaning and well-connected locations
