As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a supportive, energetic team and learn all aspects of the recruitment process. You’ll receive comprehensive training in sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and achieving targets, with clear pathways for career progression.
Key Details
• Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 office days, 2 from home)
• Basic Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £30,500+
Commission Structure
• Up to £8,000 billings – 10%
• £8,000–£16,000 – 15%
• £16,000–£24,000 – 20%
• £24,000+ – 25%
