Are you a compassionate and experienced leader in social care who's ready to make a real difference?
Our client is looking for a Supported Living Manager to lead a vibrant, person-centred service supporting seven autistic adults in Rochester.
As a Supported Living Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering high-quality care and empowering both your team and the individuals you support.
You will:

Lead and motivate a dedicated team including an Assistant Manager, three Team Leaders, and specialist support staff.

Oversee a 24/7 supported living service operating on a 3-week rolling rota.

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and person-centred environment where tenants can live fulfilling, independent lives.

Build positive relationships with tenants, families, staff, and external professionals.

Work collaboratively with the CQC Registered Operations Manager, Senior Management, and Quality & Compliance teams to maintain outstanding standards.
You're a confident, visible leader who thrives in a people-focused environment. You'll bring:

5+ years' experience coaching and developing care teams.

Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Health and Social Care Act, and frameworks such as Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA, and Best Interest processes.

A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or working towards).

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.

£38,500 per annum
