7.5 Tonne Driver – Burgess Hill (BN6 9ZJ)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 7.5T (C1) Driver based in Burgess Hill, Hassocks. This is an ongoing position with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate.

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday

  
  

• Start time: 04:00 AM

  
  

• Finish time: 12:45 PM

  
  

• Pay rate: £17.98 per hour

  
  

• Overtime: £23.43 per hour

  
  

• Immediate start available

  
  

  About the Role:
  You will start your shift at the Burgess Hill depot, drive to the Dartford depot for collection, and return to Burgess Hill by approximately. The second half of your shift will involve loading and delivering a small number of bulk drops to local locations.

  This role involves both driving and some manual handling, so a good level of physical fitness is required. You will be representing a well-known brand, so professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service are essential.

  Requirements:

  • Valid C1 (7.5T) licence

    
    

  • Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

    
    

  • Minimum 3 months of 7.5T driving experience

    
    

  • Good knowledge of driver hours and WTD regulations

    
    

  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
