Summary
Mitie is seeking a motivated and organised Scheduler to join our dynamic engineering and maintenance team. This could be the perfect opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced, engaging environment.
Based at Whiteley Business Park—surrounded by excellent amenities—you'll work alongside a fantastic account team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate engineer schedules and ensure timely task completion with a focus on customer satisfaction
-Manage operative diaries, engineer reports, materials procurement, and client callouts
-Collaborate with operations teams to develop and evaluate work plans
-Track outstanding tasks, resolve engineer queries, maintain accurate data, and support continuous improvement
About You:
-Minimum 1 year in a similar role and ready to hit the ground running (essential)
-Alternatively, extensive experience in scheduling or engineering support roles is welcome
-Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
-Background in helpdesk or operational environments preferred
